Admissions

The following steps are to be taken when applying to Rockway as an International Student:

• A completed Application Form (opens in a new window).
• A recent transcript   (In English please).
• $100 (Cdn) money order or certified cheque (payable to Rockway Mennonite Collegiate Inc.) for the tuition deposit. This must be sent with the Application Form.
• A letter of reference from a principal head-master teacher or other adult who can comment on the applicant's character and learning skills.   (In English please).
• If you will need a Host Family, a completed International Student Profile form.
• Proof of immunization for mumps, measles, rubella, polio and diptheria is required once you arrive.

Once we receive all of the above paperwork, we will review your application and send notification of an Offer of Acceptance via email.

Once you receive this email message, payment of the tuition fee, home stay fee, health insurance fee and book charges must be forwarded. This amount will be included in the e-mail message along with instructions and options for you to forward the fees to the school.

When these fees are received, we will forward an official Letter of Acceptance that you can use to apply for a Student Visa.

If you are under 18 years of age, you will require a Custodial Letter when applying to the Canadian Embassy for a study permit. Rockway will provide this for you at no extra charge.
