Banquet Volunteers

Banquets
Eating and celebrating together is an important part of the Rockway community experience. Rockway hosts several banquets each year:
- Christmas Banquet (December, for grades 10-12)
- Auction Dinner (first weekend in November)
- Donor Appreciation Dinner to thank our major financial supporters (May)
- Arts & Athletics Celebration (June)
- Senior Graduation Banquet (June)
Many volunteers (20-30) are needed for each banquet to assist with food preparation, serving and cleanup. No experience is necessary - and training is provided! Consider giving back to the Rockway community by volunteering your time in this rewarding way.

Banquet Committee
To coordinate the volunteers for each banquet Rockway has a Banquet Committee that decides on the number of volunteers time allotments for volunteers and skills of volunteers needed for dining-room cooking and clean-up. They also help ensure that job titles and descriptions fit the tasks to be done for all volunteers involved with banquets.
This year's committee is comprised of:
- Chairperson: Caroline Willcox
- Clean-up Coordinator: Trevor Bauman
- Decorator: Tammy Hebel
- Dining Room Hostesses: Laura Robinson, Terry-Ann Gamble
- Kitchen Representative: Arlene Deeming
- Volunteer Coordinator: Marlene Kipfer
- Setup Coordinator: Kristyn Clairmont
- Food Services Coordinator: Joanne Jantzi
