Students in Grade 9
You will have their Open Course selections and homerooms confirmed on the first day of school.
Returning students in Grades 10-12
You select courses in June. In order to balance class sizes, the class section/period of certain courses for some students may be changed. You will receive a confirmed timetable in the mail.
New students in Grades 9-12
If you have not chosen courses yet, or wish to speak to a Guidance Counselor or an administrator before the first day of school, please call the office and arrange an appointment.
Independent Study or Private Courses
Please refer to our Independent or Private Study Guidelines [PDF], or speak to a Guidance Counselor if you have additional questions or concerns.
Timetable Questions?
On the first day of school, students are assisted in dealing with timetable questions by the Principal, Assistant Principal and Guidance Counselors who will be available from 1:00 - 4:00 pm.
-
All concerns related to student timetables must be dealt with on the first day.
-
Students in Grades 10-12 have until the drop/add deadline (generally in the third week of classes) to add or drop courses, but this must be done in consultation with the school administrators or Guidance Counselors.
