Overview - International Program

For the past 38 years Rockway has invited students from around the world to study with us and to enrich our community with their perspectives and experience. This year we have students from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Germany, Nigeria, and Thailand. In the past 15 years Rockway has been home to students from 30 different countries! These students come to Rockway to improve their English, graduate from a very well recognized Canadian high school and prepare themselves for studying in Canada's excellent universities and colleges. Rockway’s track record is outstanding in having International students gain acceptance at many top university programs. International students who study with us experience not only academic success but also a deep sense of community and support.

Waterloo region is home to:

• The University of Waterloo - Maclean's magazine has once again confirmed the University of Waterloo's reputation as the most innovative and the best at producing future leaders, and ultimately the best overall.
  
  
• Wilfrid Laurier University - widely recognized for its excellent Business program. Wilfrid Laurier University has again earned top marks in the annual Maclean’s ranking of Canadian universities, placing first in Ontario and fourth in the country among primarily undergraduate universities, and improving in a number of other key categories.
• Conestoga College - Conestoga’s high ranking in the overall results of the 2008 Key Performance Indicator survey (released in April 2009) is definitely a point of pride for the College.
