Tutoring
br>Peer Tutors
Students or parents should contact Student Services if they are interested in either receiving or providing academic peer tutoring.
Professional Tutors
The classroom teacher is the student's first contact when he or she is struggling with the course material.. But, when there is significant academic struggle that requires one-on-one support, a professional tutor may provide that support. Rockway does not endorse specific individual tutors but does provide contact information and feedback from other students or parents about thier effectiveness. Parents are expected to do their own investigation of a tutor's credentials and ability to assist their son/daughter before entering into any agreements.
